Medicens that deodorize colon

Hello. I have been diagonosed with IBS, have many food intolerences, have trouble digesting meats and sugars and people can smell me over 20 foot away. Are there any drugs like Flagyll etc that can deodorize the colon?

Let us know if you find out how to cure this as it will help us all in due course, sometimes I am sure I smell,

I don't know of any pharmaceuticals that do this.  And, I tend to avoid pharmaceuticals as much as possible.  Many pharmaceuticals cause more harm than good.  

Have you tried things like digestive enzymes?  That's the only natural suggestion I can think of right off hand.  You might want to try posting your question in Complimentary Medicine.  Some of the people there are very knowledgeable about these things.
