Screwed up problem with constipation, diarrhea, and trigger foods

I've been to the doctor for a colonoscopy, a ct scan, an upper gi series, and an endoscopy. Nothign ahs been found.

For months I had diarrhea and it took a lot of trial and error for me to figure out that eliminating foods would cause my problems to stop. I'd get this really bad feeling in the left wall of my stomach after eating them.

Well now I have a new problem. WHenever i don't eat the trigger foods, I have diarrhea. I've also noticed that my body can handle the trigger foods for like a week or two before they start enducing diarrhea again too. I have no idea what's going on because I feel constipated all the time when i don't eat the trigger foods, but i get diarrhea when I do.

Has anyone had this? I found the resistance to the trigger foods to be really odd.

The trigger foods are wheat, peanuts, dairy products, citric acid, and carbonated beverages.

The minute a handful of peanuts hits my stomach I go ill.
