Strange stomach smells daily whether I eat or not

I was born with chronic constipation, back when IBS wasn't a term yet, and have been getting suppositories since I was a baby. I've always had constipation problems, and burning sensations when I eat, acid reflux and the like. When I was 16 it got out of control, I started having panic attacks, and my stomach lining started to literally be burnt through with anxiety and stress that were school/life-related. I started having chronic fatigue, and being in pain from my stomach 24/7, I ate constantly to try to ease the burning in my tummy. I finally-got diagnosed with IBS and prescribed an acid-reducing prescripton;Nexium that I have been on ever since, for over a decade. Then about 10 years ago, I stopped having any bowel movements, I'd always had few, and no more than 3 a week, but ow I could not have any. This went on for 8 months, at he end of which I started to have stomach permeability; stomach smells that came out of my poors. I've been taking naturapthic aids, like aloe-vera juice with each meals, fiber, tums, and lactaid to help my bowel movements. I've also started probiotics, but the smells have never gone away, I was wondering if anyone knew something that might help, I'm really at the end of my rope, I've been seeing doctors for half my life, and most of the time they act like I just want attention or am delusional or something. I just want to have a productive life, I can handle the pain, bu not the socially-isolating symptoms, it makes it hard if not impossible to have a job with the degree I spent years working towards and being humiliated in classrooms receiving. I have varying symptoms, I smell like the food that I've ingested, if I'm constipated then I smell like the stools that are backed up, if I'm on my period, I smell like blood, and at least once a day or more I smell like skunk. I don't smoke marijuana although I've seen on some forums that it can help with chronic constipation, but seeing as how all these smells are emitted like gas in a cloud that is quite a large circumference around me, I'm always n fear of getting fired or being arrested for doing illegal drugs indoors. So not only do I smell bad but I also smell like drugs. I've similarly gotten tested as it's been this bad for 10 years and I've been working full-time in offices and the like for 11. Does anyone know what it might be?I just get told I have stomach permeability and IBS, but what I can never get told is what to do to have some measure of control over these symptoms. I'm afraid to fly internationally r domestically to see m family as I'm not sure which smells might get emitted during a plane ride and I do not want to be banned.

Please help: I take: nexium; 20 mg per week (1 capsule) my smells and constipation get worse if I take it more often but the burning through of my stomach lining gets worse if I don't take it at all, dicetel 50mg 3x a day with meals, simethicone (gas-x) 2x 180 mg capsules 2x a day everyday for the last 9 years, fiber chews 6 per day, aloe vera juice,2x lactaid ultra per day, half a 1000mg tum per day more makes me smell weird and feel more bloated tan usual, 1 Align probiotic per day (which makes my stomach smells come out differently then before but come out stil), 2 oz 3x per day with juice, flax seed, 2 spoonfuls in a shake 1x per day, and drink 1.5L water a day. I've recently tried rifaximin but I don't think it's helping, since starting it 1x a week 175mg, I've started smelling like smoke, which is a new smell I didn't have before, I also feel a little bit more fatigued and brain-fogg-y, lastly I take 5mg of cipralex (anti-anxiolitic) any more has me having paic attacks, as it is I'm not sure if the amount I take is helping me or hurting me.

I gave up gluten and dairy. That was the only thing that worked for me. I struggled for ten years and took a lot of antacids, etc but nothing helped except getting rid of those two foods permanently
