Shy bowel and enema use

It's astonishing to me that I'm not the only one who feels this way. I've been having trouble with constipation since having two kids and it has only gotten worse with the past year. I find that i know hyper focus on when I'm going to have my next bowel movement because I'm so irregular. I've become pretty dependant on saline enemas and i use one about 3 times a week. I'm at a point where it's rare for me to go naturally. If i go more than 2 days without pooping i feel so full with gas to the point that i really physically hurt. Im 30 and would do anything to just go naturally again without a thought! Any input is appreciated!

I've found that cutting out gluten and dairy were the only way to eliminate my constant constipation. I also eat papaya daily and take magnesium.

Enemas can become addictive, so you should try to start reducing your use of them.  The most helpful thing you can do is increase your fiber intake: plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as fiber supplements (which you can find at the grocery store).  Increase your use of supplements gradually, and make sure you drink plenty of fresh water.  Try that for a few weeks, and you should be going on a once-a-day schedule.
