Worrying symptoms, IBS or Cancer? 18 year old

As of 2 weeks ago, the symptoms have got progressively worse, I've never had anything similar to this before and I've not been abroad. It first started off with me being very gassy and constipated. 3 days later I started to have regular diarrhoea, along with constipation usually during the same session. About 2 days after that I've noticed that majority of my diarrhoea now comes out as blood, and by that I mean the toilet literally turns dark red. About a week and a half in, I've started to feel bloated around the bottom side of the stomach, sometimes the lower right when I sit down.
I go to the toilet about 7 to 8 times a day, 2 or 3 of these times is just to get rid of gasses and poo out the blood. I always need the urge to go RIGHT after a meal as well. This already makes me feel very nervous as it's not normal at all

To top it off, in the last 3 days I've had 2 nose bleeds, I was picking my nose both of the times (I'm gonna guess it was a complete coincidence) and blood started to run down, both times only lasted for about 30 seconds. I'd also like to mention that I've never had a nose bleed either...

I've spoke to my doctor and I've got a blood test arranged in 3 weeks time and got a stool sample but I don't think I can wait that long as I've got my exams in a couple of week and it's terribly stressing me out.

I don't know what to think of this as it as the symptoms are pretty serious but on the other hand my family has not had any history of IBS or Colon/Rectal cancers.

I want to know if anyone has any ideas or have encountered most, if not all symptoms I've had and what the results were, thank you very much! I'm really worried :(

If you have blood in your stool don't wait! Go to the nearest emergency room to be checked out. It might be diverticulitis (when a pocket in your intestine gets inflammed) but I wouldn't wait any longer because early detection is key in situations like yours.
