Hi, again. Clicked on the wrong spot in trying to correct the spelling of going, above, so will continue here. Educate yourself about the illnesses and conditions caused by vitamin and mineral deficiencies. Adding magnesium, niacin amide, and folic acid with each meal can help to eliminate diarrhea. The chemicals in tap water can cause diarrhea. (I prefer distilled waterl) If you faithfully apply all that you learn, and your problem persists, you really need to see a doctor. Keep us posted.
What are your other symptoms? What do you eat and drink? Have you seen a doctor?
What color is the stool? Does it float? Is it foamy? What is the odor---sweet? super stinky? smell of rubber tires? Like yeast rolls? Does it look like grease is floating on the water? Abdominal area sore and tender? Rectum sore? Lot of gas? Lot of bloating? How soon after eating do you have diarrhea? Since you've had this problem for a long time and don't mention a doctor, you really should schedule an appointment.
In the meantime, there are several things that you can do, starting today. Look at all the other postings for things you could start doing immediately that might make a difference. Find a high Vit B formula that agrees with you and take it with your meal, not on an empty stomach. Also take a high-powered vit/min, preferably with each meal. Read the label, so that you can get a formula that goes with meals. You're trying to supplement each meal, and to take one or two only in the morning doesn't aid the nutrients at each meal. Get the best probiotic you can find---one with a high count of several different kinds of the good guy bacteria. Talk to the health food store about the best enzymes, and take enzymes with each meal. If it wasn't made by God, don't eat it. In other words, things that come from the ground, trees, bushes, animals, or sea are ok, if you get them in their natural state and prepare them yourself. No junk food, no sugar, no carbonated beverages, no dairy, no flour. No processed or refined foods. If I were you, I'd cut out fruit or juice until your system is once again normal, then eat one piece, and several days later, another, watching to see if symptoms return. It's goint to take a lot of effort on your part.
