frequently nauseas

Hello, I am a 20 yr old female and I have been suffering from nausea for about 8 yrs give or take. I remember noticing it around when I hit puberty. I believe the nausea has gotten worse since then. I notice it in the morning if I wake up early, also after I eat sometimes and if I'm hungry for a while and don't eat. The severity feeling nauseas varies. It has never been bad enough where I actually vomited but definitely feels like I'm going to. I would like to say that I don't eat healthy but it's hard to because I'm an EMT and I'm always on the road and have to get food fast. I also noticed that I do need about 10 hours of sleep a night or it will be hard for me to stay awake during the day. I have been to a GI specialist many times and have had numerous tests done; Upper GI, Endoscopy and biopsy, ultrasound of my liver and gallbladder, gastric emptying scan, blood tests for h pylori and celiac along with some others. Everything was negative and normal. The GI Dr. diagnosed me with IBS. I do get constipated a lot and I recently noticed that I am always bloated.  I would really like to figure out why I am always suffering from feeling nauseas and be able to put an end to it.

Maybe you have a milk allergy, so you could try cutting out all dairy.  If stopping dairy for 3 weeks doesn't fix it, then Miralax or Benefiber  along with exercise should fix the constipation.  Do not try Miralax first on a workday or it could ruin your day!  Try it on a quiet weekend to see how it affects you.  I have to take it 2 times a day, more than a capful, but start out slower.  Everybody is different.

Good day there,
Constipation can cause nausea. You had quite a good analysis so I doubt that doctors missing something.
You can do colonoscopy to check if there is everything fine with your colon.
You will need to find a way to eat healthier. here are some options how to do it:
1. Start morning with yogurt or glass of milk. Milk products help digestion so it's good to start day with a products that start your stomach running
2.During a day try to eat small foods instead of one large(this will help with digestion and constipation) NB. try to avoid sugar, coffee, tea.
3. Drink 2-3 liters of water per day(stop drinking soft drinks, rather drink water)
4. Eat 2 hours before sleep ,food must be consumed with glass of milk
5. As snack during the day eat apple, banana or grapefruit (all 3 has low sugar  and contain a lot of protein which will give you energy no matter what)
