thanks for the suggestions, everyone helps, the problem with me is that since my gallbladder has been taken out, i have problems going to the bathroom, i go too much and i am on medication to try and bind me, so for me to try and eat fruit, salads, nuts or basically, anything healthy i cannot do, it causes havoc on my stomach and is not worth it, so i guess i will try again to do some type of walking, even if it is slow, and i really do want to try yoga, i know it will be good for the mind and the body. thanks again.

have u tried swimming ,yoga,.ta chi, stretch the muscles well before u start and this might help ,,walking is very good for u i would try a little if u can ,walking up and down the stairs a few times ,keeping a good posture through all of these will help in the long run ,i had the same when i started but i just pushed through it and now i swim 6 days a week and row 6 miles a day and find exceptional in helping with everything ,,but it does take a while to get back into it ,,,yoga is excellent for tuning and stretching the muscles and there are specific postures that will help in areas of digestion if u like that knid of stuff
Hi crumy :O)
I know what worked for me to lose weight was......"Water". I drink that all day now. It is also a good colon cleanser. I lost 50 lbs on drinking water and minimalizing my portions of food during meals. Also start eating those fresh fruits! Peaches, Pears, bannanas, apples.
Sounds like your colon is not digesting well...ie the stomach pain. If you eat 2 fruits a day and are drinking water this should help the digestion. Also taking a calcium magnesium tablet aids in digestion.
Coffee is a good stimulant for digestive trac...however if to much is take it can actually.."dry up" the colon so to speak.
Hope this helps.
