Stomach issues need help/pics included

I have IBS, but i'm dealing with some very weird symptoms and soon u'll see what I mean.  Regardless, I have had tons of tests with no results.  I'm going to link to the pictures and please tell me what you think.  I have no idea what this stuff is, thanks.
