Swelling in legs with pitting edema.

I am having edema in legs. I got tested and have no albumin in urine. 3 months back had creatinine test due to same reason, same test in sept 2016 both were normal with 0.6 value. I went to a specialist twice he mentioned me morning routine urine test which came out normal so I did not visit him. He asked me not to if reports come normal. My BP is also normal. I have sitting job. I sit for atleast 11 hours a day. But I regularly exercise for 45 mins after work, so it should get normal if that is the reason. Only thing I am having is some stomach issues. Due to which I am not able to drink more water.i am only drinking 3 glass of water a day. I am worried about my kidneys. I have low urine output but my doctor ignored it he said reports don't say so he won't consider it. He is one of the best doctor here.
