How long can I put this off?

Hi there. I'm almost positive (after reading lots of information online) that I have a kidney infection of some sort. For about 4 days now I've had the signs of a bladder infection or UTI; Pain when I urinate (especially at the end), feeling like I have to go every 5 minutes but then little comes out and still pain every time. I tried drinking lots of cranberry juice and water. But then a couple days ago I started having horrible pain where my right kidney would be. It woke me up out of a dead sleep last night and it was absolutely horrible. I took some tylonal and fell back asleep. Now it's still there...a little bit duller then last night, but still there. My urine is also cloudy, and still having painful urination. Never had something like this before in my life!
I know I need to go to the doctor but would it be dangerous to put it off until tomorrow afternoon (I have a one year old that i have no one to leave her with, plus my car is busted). Or is this like an urgent urgent matter. I have no fever or vomiting...

I had a staph infection in my kidney 10yrs ago and they told me to RUN and not walk to my pharmacy ... it was not a good thing.  Cranberry juice will sometimes help but usually not if it is really a UTI in progress.

I had a serious UTI infection and in my bladder. Think it affected my kidneys. Infections grow very fast. My husband didn't want me to wait until the next day so he took me to the Emergency room. They confirmed my belief and told me it was a good idea to get in because they started me on my medications immediately. I felt so much better the next day. If I had a child or baby, I would just take them with me and somehow take care of them.

I don't think its THAT urgent but you def need to go asap. It could be kidney stones! I found out last night that I have kidney stones and I have every symptom you have!

I had sharp pains in my lower back for 2 weeks, cloudy urine, the last 2 days I have had constant dull pain in my lower right back (under my ribcage)... I went to the doc yesterday and they found blood in my urine so I had a CT scan done today.

It could be a really bad uti or kidney infection... but go asap to make sure its not kidney stones. If it is, most likely you can pass them, but you still need a ct scan to see how many/ how big they are.
