She also experience the pain in the back where kidneys are located.Once she starts drinking water, problem resolves in couple of hours. I want to know that how serious is this a problem ? MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello and hope you are doing well.

It’s most probable that she may be suffering from a urinary tract infection. The back pain and difficulty urinating all can be attributed to this. Evidence of a stone needs to be ruled out. She will need to consult a doctor, who will examine her. He will ask for a urine analysis and a culture of urine to start her on the appropriate antibiotic. In the meantime ask her to consume plenty of oral fluids.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

She should get checked out by a urologist.  The kidneys are important.
