Whats the problem?

Hi, Im a 27 year old male. About a year ago i began having a dull but somtimes sharp pain in my lower left side of back. Around the kidney area. I went to the emergency room and they did a ct scan on me for possible kidney stones. The ct scan showed nothing. And a couple months later the pain faded. Well about 4 months ago in march or april it came back, still a dull pain, but mostly hurts the worst in the morning, but when i get up and move around it tends to fade a little. But is still there. Then one morning i passed a couple small kidney stones, and i figured that was the problem. But the pain didnt go away. I figured i was just sore from passing them. Went to my doctor and they did a urine test which showed blood in the urine, so again they sent me for another ct scan which showed nothing! And the next urine sample showed no blood. It is now october and the dull pain in my left side kidney is still there, and like i said is terrible in the morning, but after i urinate and move around it gets better! Im lost on what could be going on?? They said there was no kidney stone or infection, but somethings not right for me to still have this pain. And i know its not a pulled muscle, its deep inside, kinda under the ribs on my left lower back. So if someone could give some answers on what it is or what to do next it would be much appreciated! hey! i m havin a very big problem that i can nevr figur it out.. i m in lov wit a marid woman, we'v been together for 2 years, and now she thinks dat we should call it off and end our relationshp.. i truly love her and i cnt let this hapen lik dis.. i wil get hurt  for sure.. anyhow, if any1 can giv me a piece of advic or watevr, it would be realy appriciatd.. thx!

How are you? There are different of stones and some of them may not be detected readily. Kidney stones may contain various combination of chemicals such as calcium in combination with either oxalate or phosphate. It is good that you pass these stones. It may help if you can strain them and have them analyzed. A visit with a kidney specialist may also help. Take care and do keep us posted.
