albumine in urine

hi all, i have no experience with kidneys tests and since i take an antiviral which can damage kidneys and i found albumine in urine in last test i ask if results are very bad or it can be normal to detect some from time to time

albumine in urine 3mg/dl (0-2)
cystatin C 0.98 (0.56-0.95)

after i took an antibiotic in feb 2015 my creatinine clearance lowered to 88-90 (min 80) and creatinine got higher to 1.1-1.2 (before 0.8-0.9).while i was taking antibiotic creatinine clearance went down to 72
i also take a lot of vitamin d with blood values over 100ng/ml but since calcium is normal i dont think this can be a reason, stopping vit d for months didn t change anything on kidneys tests

i plan to change the antiviral just for safety and usually kidney damage recovers stopping the antiviral, do you think values are very bad already?

i also add that i am having heavy daily swimming this month but even if i see some websites that heavy sports can give such test results i dont think this has anything to do with test result
