ct results/possible lesions...

Can someone help me understand this results of a CT scan with contrast.
There is a 4.0 cm cyst in the inferior pole the left kidney. FYI...the 4.0cm cyst has been present for many years.

The other finding is "few other sub-centimeter low-attenuation lesions in both kidneys are too small to characterize. What does this mean??? Should we worry?

This does not sound like cancer or anything to worry about.
