White spot and white "worms-like" in urine NO protein

i'm 26 year old guy, with one kidney.

1 year ago i made a CT scan with contrast liquid , 1 week after this event i started to had white stuff in urine (if i'am sitting it is only with this white things floating on the surface) if i'm up and the urine is shaking it's start to foam a lot.

So i made blood and urine test multiple time , with NO protein and all results are good.

So my question is: what the hell is going on? it's a kidney disease ? it's bladder? urethra? it is simply not normal all this things.

And i have no specific symptoms (only a burning sensation on the urethra sometimes) .

So what you think? obviously with one kidney my mind is going crazy.

Thank you for any help or advice. (sorry for my bad english)
