Blood Pressure: 130/95 Heart Rate: 74 beats/ min
Patient Medical History:
-takes ibuprofen daily for headaches
-has adult onset diabetes
-has had high blood pressure since age 40
Symptoms:
-patient complains of feeling weak and tired
-patient has sweelling in her hands, feets and legs
patient feels short of breath and is breathing rapidly
Other Exams/Test:
-blood test indicates that there is a build up of waste product in the blood
-urine test indicatess high levels of protein
