can fluticazone propionate nasel spray mess up my bloodwork? It is a steroid. Last time i had bloodwork everything came up negative, including my PAS, & I HAVE AN ENLARGED PROSTATE

My main concerns were my wbc, @ 10.9, neutr ABS, @ 6.53, & TSH was 8.91. I do have ostioprocis, & my dad had leukemia, also. I had new bloodwork, but they would not tell me what it was? I dont know what is going on, except my hip feels like it is fractured, & i have wicked bad pains in my left jaw to my ear, which i am taking those nose sprays. Maybe it is just walking pnuemonia. The infection in my ear did go away, but the pain is also still there, which makes it very hard to chew, now seems to progress to other side of the jaw. Im not 1 to complain about pain, cas i have suffered from cronic cluster headackes in my sleep for over 30 years, which wake me up. When i get those, i have to run around till i puke. I am lucky cas wen i ws younger, it ws very seldom i would puke, so i had to rely on my verapamil, predizone, & high doses of oxygen. Sancert treatment would work after close to a month, but they dont sell that in the USA, anymore, & since i stopped painting automobiles they let up , except the last bout, but they were so bad, that a few times blood came out of my eye, n nose, while i was sleeping. That might had caused some damage? I also have heart disease, corinary artery disease. Last heart attack was 99 percent blockage, but that ws back in 2007. That was as extremely painful as my cluster headackes, but only in my chest. Got me to some damage. By time i got to ER, sent me home, told me to more push-ups! 2 MONTHS LATER, MY STRESS TEST SHOWED I FLUNKED. Havent been normal since, & my right side of my face is semi paralized, BUT, only most of the time! To be honest, i cant stand it. Guess i should had never quit the gym. Steve

Hi Ken. Im 1 of those lucky guys that have suffered cronic cluster headackes for over 30 years, so i am quite familar with steroids, & verapamil. My last bout, was a little different, but as extremely knife stabbing pain behind the eyeball.(strange thing ws, went to ER, & they were goin to give me a shot, BUT, the pain went away, n i told them, i am fine .dont need anything. She goes, yes u do! This med. will keep u from getting re-bounds. Thought it ws strange they made me stay there for over 3 hours, considering it wasnt a narcotic? More strange ws, wen they gave it to me, they took off, but i go HEY!, whats goin on? My crotch felt on fire? Of course all this was denied, but i had paperwork. They had injected me with anti-spycotic drug. I got really ill about 6-7 hours later, n more clusters, but blood ws coming out of my eye!( week before i realized i ws goin to be dieing, so brought my brother up 3000 miles away. He drove me to hospital next state over, to see neurolist. Never made it to him. Instead i went to their ER, begging for oxygin! Last thing i remember, ws them laughing, n running me thru the machine 3 time! Finally, i passed out from the pain. Woke up in mental ward, where they proceed to feed me Abilify, n was showing signs of distonia! I got myself out of there after a week, n took myself off the med. OMG! I forgot to mention ur question. I was on heavy doses of predizone, plus i had to be cath, cas first place unknowing to me shot me up with an anti-phycotic drug, which caused complete pee stopage! So the idotes put me on ABILIFY. fREAKIN A!, forgot what i ws talkin about! Predizone showed everything as negative, & i had just done, a suboxine, plus the last week ws eating them like candy(under the toung) At least i found quick instant cure to clusters! Previously, also ws on ritalin, n that didnt show up either! Turns out, 1 doctor ws protecting another. This last hospital, well know on E.coast, continued to feed me Abilify. Got myself out of there pretty quick. I ended up  with, enlarge prostate, glaucoma, cateracts, brain blead(NMS, i beat, still alive, barely! Half my face is semi parelized. READY, Here is the kicker, my discharge papers, said DNR! (do not resesitate) This must be very hard for u to believe! I thought saving a life, ws more important, than saving a doctors reputation! thanks, Ken, for caring!

That's a difficult question because, while it is an anti-inflammatory, it's topical so you'd also expect very little to end up in the blood stream. On the other hand, maybe you are especially sensitive.

What other tests do you think were affected?
