80/250 AST ALT, NAC, milk thistle, choline?

my AST ALT was terrible 80/250 after surgery and anesthesia and I took a lot of NAC, milk thistle, and choline and I was able to lower the levels to 27/60 after 2 weeks.
I don't know if I should keep on taking 72g of NAC, milk thistle, and choline?
I've read that milk thistle may help grow liver cells.  I felt more energy and strength after starting the NAC.  and then today the ******* racist neurologist harassed me and wouldn't give me medication, what a ******* robber *******

Hi,
How are you? I'm sorry to hear about your experience on your follow-up.  Supplements usually do not undergo the same rigorous path the prescription medications do. Additional studies may need to be done to determine the long-term effects and interactions. Seeking another specialist's opinion may also be beneficial. Take care and do keep us posted.

thanks very much!  I think it was a big mistake to take 72g of NAC and 45g of glutamine after surgery.  I was so weak and dizzy and worried and in pain fromt he trach.
what does this much NAC and l-glutamine do to me?  will it cause airway narrowing, hypertension or brain damage?  there was one report of NAC causing cereberal edema and seizures
