Generally healthy but concerned

I'm a 29 y/o male, generally healthy with a decent diet (don't eat out much). I also have about 2-3 alcoholic drinks/month and am on no medications, with no known allergies. No surgeries or hospitalizations. I had some blood tests done today that found I have a slightly elevated AST/ALT of ~80/60 and slight elevation of blood creatinine of 1.3 (ref range -1.2). I've recently been having bloating/flatulent issues, changed in stool habits (narrowing), blood on toilet paper, fullness, nausea after eating. No other issues (fever, vomiting, diarrhea). What could be going on? Things I should get checked out/keep an eye on/think about? Dr. says to get tests repeated in 1 week and creatinine is likely d/t dehydration of some kind but to get rechecked regardless. Wondering what else I can bring to next week's appointment? Best and happy holidays -J
