The correct numbers are:
TC: 100 - 199
LDL: 45
Triglycerides: < 150
If you have no risk factors for heart disease, I believe the guidelines for males 21 and over are:
Total cholesterol: 100 - 199
LDL: 45
Triglycerides: < 150
There are different guidelines if you have risk factors.
