Liver: Enlarged in Size - Please Help what is this?

Dear Friends, please read the following report and help me and tell me what is the problem.


Following is the Real Time Ultra Sonography of the abdomen and pelvis- My wife's F-56.

*LIVER: is enlarged in size. Parenchyma echogenicity is normal. No evidence of IHBR dilatation seen. No evidence of focal diffuse lesion seen.

*GALL BLADDER: is distended. Wall thickness is normal. Contents are echo free.
*PORTAL VEIN: 11MM COMMON BILE DUCT: 6MM
*PANCREAS: Appear Normal in Size and echo pattern. No evidence of focal diffuse lesion seen.
*SPLEEN: Appear normal in size and normal echo pattern.
*RIGHT KIDNEY: Measurements are 99.9X34.8MM. Appear nomral in size and echo pattern. Corticomedullary distinction is clear. No evidence of calculus or hydronephrosis.
*LEFT KIDNEY:  Measurements are 99.9X39.3MM. Appear nomral in size and echo pattern. Corticomedullary distinction is clear. No evidence of calculus or hydronephrosis.
*U.BLADDER: is distended. Wall thickness is normal. Contents are echo free.
*UTERUS: IS POSTMENOPAUSAL.
*B/L OVARIES ARE NOT SEEN. No free fluid seen in abdomen.

The actual size isn't indicated, you should find out exactly how big. Normal livers can be within a certain range, and hers maybe still reasonable in size. There is no sign of fatty liver or cirrhosis, portal hypertension or biliary disease mentioned. So this is a bit odd but not alarming. Does her blood work show anything unusual?
