what do you think?

to make a long story as short as possible.

had mild yellowing of skin about 7 years ago... went away after a few months, nothing on blood tests.
took quit a lot of ibuprofen last year,,, had clay stool for a couple of days. soon went away.
had some lung issues and took lots of steroids and one course of antibiotics this year. also had some shoulder issues (torn tendon) and took a few meds for that which i drank with for about a week stupidly.
was also on tafil for a month for anxiety. started getting some itching when came off tafil (xanax)

started getting lighter than usual stools about 2 months ago and my fingers got a yellow tint like 7 years ago.
had a blood test.... bilrubin went from .07 in july to 1.2 in septemeber then 1.0 in october. ast and alt were slightly above normal and albubin dropped from 4.9 to 4.5

was getting diarreah and lots of gas. stool light brown or yellowish at times and twice had light green.

last wednesday I ate a big pasta dish and got itching, not localised, all over itching, but more like individual points that was more like a pins and needles feeling, but just one prick in one place then another in another....mainly in legs and scalp (less) and arms. this happened the next morning when i had a bread breakfast...

had a huge salad one day with dairy dressing and nothing happened. sandwich another day, also nothing, tends to be a bit worse at night. keeping a diary.... last night had sushi and some cereal at it was quite bad for me.... but i guess mild really. this morning i just ate museli and i can feel it now but its subtle, in various parts of body. very mild, but detectable.

I had a liver ultrasound and all within normal ranges. my right upper abdomen sometimes has a little discomfort. 2 GI docs have said nothing that would point to anything major, but i'm confused as to why I would have all these symptoms is nothing is wrong. I'm not interested in someone saying well there doesnt seem to much going on, i want to know if this is the start of something and what to do about it.

i havent touched alcohol for about 9 weeks now and Im eating healhily though to be fair my diet generally has been quite poor of late due to work stress and a relationship thats just gone down the pan.

itching after eating... what could it be? is it likely to be my liver? any other ideas.

Merry christmas by the way! :D

Here's what I think: here's a guy who's abusing his organism in every way imaginable, and probably doesn't even know it...

These chemicals that you're popping like candy all interfere with the proper functioning of your body in multiple ways, you just don't directly feel the effects. None of them are produced by nature, and all are toxic to the liver.

How do I explain this... our body has thousands and thousands of delicate mechanisms that all work in harmony and many are interconnected. We only understand tiny part of how it all fits together. Ibuprofen temporarily blocks couple of these mechanisms, Xanax couple of others, steroids mess up a whole array of things... Since many things are connected to one another, it isn't hard to imagine the amount of things inside you that are NOT working as they're supposed to while you're inhibiting them with the drugs.

No pill on this planet will fix a torn tendon, or anything else for that matter. I wonder what you took...

I wanted to point out that the yellow I've noticed is pretty much only noticeable on my hands, especially my fingers. it varies quite a lot....especially after exercise or being in hot water it tends to not be there really
