SGPT & SGOP level in Blood

Dear Sir, My Brother's blood result the level of  SGOT(AST) is 113 and SGPT(ALT) is 146. Now he started homeopathy treatment. he is 32 year old and 80kg weight and he use alcohol 3-4 days a week. Please tell me whether this can be recover 100%??

Hi there, your brother really needs to see a liver specialist.  We are not doctors, just fellow patients.  With numbers like his, he should not drink alcohol at all. He could try cutting out red meat, processed lunch meats, they are very high in salt, limit fried foods. Drink more water to help his liver work better.  Don't drink.

The high level of his AST should not be over 33
The high level of his ALT should not be over 34
