Why my skin is yellow and I am always tired and have very highindirect bilirubin?

Hi everybody. I had a test in the previous week. I am 31. Since 11 years old my skin is really yellow. But never any physician has written liver tests for me till recently. My results is: GCT 89, Urea 18, creatinine 0.66, total bilirubin 1.1 , Direct bilirubin 0.19, indirect bilirubin 0.91, S.G.O.T 26 , S.G.P.T 16 and phosphatase Alkaline 81. I am always tired. My skin is very yellow but in very clean weather (rural area) is white and I am not tired any more. I live in a city with very High air pollution. Please guide me: 1) I should do which tests? 2) I must speak with physician with which specialist? 3) Which food should I eat or should not eat? 4) Which drug should I eat? I eat out of date amino acid tabs for T.O.S (Thoracic Outlet Syndrome) disease. I suffer from this disease for 12 years. I do my exercises under physiotherapist revision. Please help me. Thanks a lot.
