biluribun and ALT level is elevated

before 3 years ago i was cured from jaundice. my bilirubin was 10 at that time. after some medication all the reports was cleared may be it took 2 months after that all the reports are normal. after 6 months it is normal again but after an year reports shown elevated ALT 180 and all other reports are normal even for hepatitis C&B. it  was checked again after an year ALT again high upto 150 and other reports are normal. now yesterday ALT increased upto 245 and bilirubin at 1.3 but all reports are normal even bilirubin is not fond in urine test. please tell me what to do because bilirubin 1.3 can be  ignore but what about ALT which is higher alot.
