fatty liver

I had moderate fatty liver 1 year ago(SGOT 150). Yesterday, after a good dietary and sport ,my SGOT is 24 and SGPT 38.(I'm very glad for it)
So what is your advise for me?

So, I'm an optometrist with a work experince 9 years in Shiraz-Iran.I'm a member of contact lens society of america and have presented applied research articles. I'm very interested to be a member of your physician group for answer the questions. If so ,please help me.
