need answers to abdominal ultrasound

the results of my test was this,gallbladder normal no calculus or wall abnormality. common bile duct dilated measuring 9mm without intraductal calculus. minimal intrahepatic biliary ductal ectasia. mild fatty liver. kidneys normal. pancreas normal, tail not visible due to bowel gas. Clinical correlation nessary. recomend ct with and without contrast and MRCP for further evaluation. Does anyone know about Caroli disease?

Hi well it is now may.pain is gone. went to gastro specialist about my ultrasound in april and he said my bloodwork is fine so we need to do nothing about anything. So i guess i have to wait until the next flair up.Just worried i am not getting enough answers.

Is it possibe you have a cyst??  have you had your gb out??
It seems unfortunately like your at the start of your investigation?

The mrcp will see the ducts better then ct scan, Although the ct scan will
see the pancreas better then mrcp, then they will probably want to do a ercp?

Do you have pain?  If you have an ercp ask for the spyglass to be used, it
is fairly new and can see in the ducts!!   I wish I had it done to me.  I had ercp
3, last one horrible pancreatits, so hope that helps
