some advive for sgpt/sgot

what is the indication of my liver function test?
my original sgpt/sgot level is 219/93
now my current and lates test result is
sgpt 112.70  sgot 47.40
I am 28 years old. I stopped drinking and quit for almost 5 months.
I am taking liver supplements  for more than a month and some herbal supplements
I am also on a diet and have my regular exercise.

can you give me an advice to lower my sgpt faster? i am applying for a job and my sgpt level kept me unfit.

The only OUT OF RANGE FACTORS ARE AS BELOW

SGPT - 99
SGOT - 62

I am a frequent drinker.



Kindly advise regarding the condition of lever,
Critical Values for SGOT - SGPT.

Apart from stopping alcohol what
do you prescribe to prevent the
present condition.

Keep health, eat right and exercise. Not alcohol and fructose drinks is the quickest way. Your numbers are not allowed high, so a few great months should do it! Be well.
