Hi,I regularly do physical workout like running,lightweight,yoga etc.I get the fever every 4-5 months.In the recent case i found that fever was due to fatigue.In the starting of fever,i was under impression that it was due to cold or weather change but when a good doctor examined it and gave me vitamin c tablets,i got well.When I started taking these medicines,i found that there was suddenly blood circulation starting in my body specially legs with some sweet pain.However i felt no pain during the fever before this vitamin treatment.
So could you please help to understand all this situation.Should i continue exercise.If yes how without this fatigue and fever.Should I continue supplemantary vitamin C intake.
