Something to soothe your stomach

I posted this to my FB groups and many people didn't know this so I wanted to pass it on. I am really bad with taking any kind of tincture, or any funky liquid. My LLMD told me to take it in an empty gel cap that I found on Amazon. You can also put a pill in there (get the extra large size) that makes you nauseous. It works.

Good suggestion, mojo.

I have also bought those empty gelatin capsules in the vitamin section of Whole Foods, and I think pharmacies have them too.  A bag of 250 capsules cost $12.99 at Whole Foods, probably can get them cheaper elsewhere.

I first used them when I had a bad systemic yeast infection and was taking raw garlic (!!!), which burns going down unless it's in a capsule.  It took a little practice, but by peeling the garlic and then slicing the cloves lengthwise, they could be stuffed long-ways into the capsule pretty easily.

For those who don't want capsules made with animal-based gelatin, there are also vegetarian/vegan versions.
