fatigue/dizzy head after having sepsis

My hasband had bowel surg in April, contacted sepsis. 7 months later he is still fatigued dizzy headed. He also has an extra heartbeat of 40 yrs. what could be wrong, he has seen heart spec and nuroligist can u help

Jackie so many drs and really no answers yet.  At 74 I think they think...."don't forget you are not 18 anymore. My husband was active before the sepsis.

Sepsis is blood poisoning caused by infection.  It seems as if the infection has not cleared.  Could he see an infectious disease doc to test for infections?  Sepsis will affect your heart and other organs and ususally needs to be treats for weeks in an ICU.

I am sorry to hear your husband is not well.  What does his doctor say he thinks the problem is?
