Haven't read. But it sounds proactive and promising. That has to be good.
Coping with this is more difficult than most illnesses because no one knows a thing about it.
No one can agree how to treat it in its infancy.
No one can agree how to treat it in its next phase.
And it therefore often leads to the state the posters here are in.
So were left with this and we need to cope better with it and its symptoms and the fact that doctors don't know a thing about it. What do we do to cope?
I haven't, but I'll add it to my list.
My absolute favorite book on the subject is "Cure Unknown" by Pam Weintraub. It covers Lyme from many angles, including history, controversy, conflicting medical opinion, testing, and personal patient experience.
I also have "The Lyme Disease Solution" by K. Singleton, but confess that I haven't read much of it yet! (This is my fault, not the book's. It came recommended to me.)
Thanks for the tip.
