funny beats

I AM 18 YEARS OLD. MY PROBLEM IS THAT THROUGHOUT THE DAY MY HEART BEATS IN A FUNNY MANNER. LIKE THERE ARE 5 TO 6 REGULAR BEATS AND THEN THE NEXT  BEAT COMES AFTER A SLIGHTLY LONGER PAUSE. I HAVE HAD ELECTRO AMD ECHOCARDIOGRAMS AND THEY BOTH WERE NORMAL. I GET VERY SCARED WHEN THIS HAPPENS. I GET PALPITATIONS. I AM THE KIND OF PERSON WHO PAYS A LOT OF ATTENTION TOWARDS THESE THINGS.IS THIS CONDITION DANGEROUS????

I am sorry to hear about the problems you are having for so long.  No one here that I know of is medically trained, so we cannot and do not give medical advice on whether your condition is dangerous, for example.

This forum on MedHelp is focussed on Lyme Disease and related infections.  You may want to try a different forum related to heart disease.

Best wishes --
