I am sorry to hear of your suffering -- I see you are in the UK. I understand from others who have posted here in the past that the medical profession in the UK has a rather closed mind on the whole topic of Lyme, but there are groups of patients and patient advocates who have information on how to find an MD who can give you a second look.
I just searched by google for "lyme disease UK" (without the quotes) and got several pages of promising leads, including the following (to keep from getting blocked, I've added in spaces and put [dot] in place of a period, so you'll have to rewrite these to put into your search bar, or just do the search yourself for 'lyme disease UK'.
Best wishes to you -- let us know how you do.

Gabapentin doesn't work for me either. I wish I had some suggestions for you, but I am in the same boat.
So your docs have diagnosed you with Lyme, and are treating you with gabapentin and also some other meds intravenously (IV) through the tube in your veins?
What medications are they giving you through the IV? And are you taking any other meds?
