new member... finally
Hi everyone! I feel more at home now, having been "officially" notified that I'm a member of the LD community.
after a dozen or so prior clicks to join.
Nonetheless, my capacity here is not one of an L.D patient (suspected or DX'd).
I have assumed a supportive role for a couple friends who have LD and at least one more who's misDX'd with FMS to my opinion. trash can DX- no DX criteria where met!

My background in Holistic health, Holistic therapy, Energy medicine and studies in Cellular Medicine among other stuff comes really handy when dealing with such complex health matters.
Having gone through my own serious and unDX'd health issues many years ago- now totally healthy
& done it mainly on my own- helps me understand what most of you are going through here.
So I'm around to learn and to help in any way.

As I'm hitting the keys, I'm waiting for the DMSO (dimethyl sulphoxide) effect to kick in. I applied it 2 minutes ago to take care of this delayed onset of leg muscle soreness. (I went cycling yesterday- our area is mostly hills- and got overly ambitious!)
This stuff is what people use on their horses for muscle pains and soreness. Great anti-oxidant.
Does it ever work fast! Not FDA approved, so you can only buy from a vet or equestrian supply shop. Someone from another forum said she gets it from Amazon.
30% DMSO 70% filtered or distilled water over freshly washed part of the body that aches. 10% DMSO above neckline (too many lipids-, as DMSO is also a very powerful driver and solvent.)
I self-treated a sudden bout of pleurisy last fall with DMSO and self-hypnosis. Next morning I was back to normal!
I'm working on a DMSO based multi-ingredient pain formula.
I need to perfect my essential oil mix first. My daughter is the aromatherapist, so I'm relying on her expertise.
Anyway, good to be part of the LD family.
I'm hoping to add some "color" here and I welcome your ideas, questions
and comments any time.
My leg already feels better.
