Yes, your symptoms could be Lyme. Have you seen the Burrascano symptom checklist? It's on the ilads.org website under About Lyme and then Treatment Guidelines. Click on the Diagnostic Hints and... document. It's a few pages down.
Hi,
I was also bit over 20 years ago. I was ill but not that ill until 18 mos ago. I didn't have this forum so I only started treatment in March.
Yes, those symptoms could very well be Lyme. Everyone is different with symptoms because Lyme could have different co-infections.
I am still very ill, and others will answer in more detail but first step is to find an LLMD, Lyme literate doc. Go to our association, ILADS dot org. Read info and email them asking for an LLMD near your area. Go to an LLMD ASAP.
If it is Lyme, lying dormant for all those years, it could just get worse.

Good luck, keep us posted.
Hello All...I am so glad that I was recommended to visit this forum. I actually feel like this might be what I have. I have for a little over a year now had these tingly feelings in all parts of body, mostly legs though. At times my legs feel weak (not too much joint pain - just occasionally in my fingers and ankles) I also have a burning sensation and blurred vision which comes and goes. I know I was bitten by a tic probably 20 years ago and I have been healthy up until 14 months ago. I had son 2 years ago. Does this sound like possible lyme? If so what other symptoms are common? I have so many I haven't listed all of them. Thanks!
I only experience the tingling in scalp, hands and feet.
I am getting a lot in my hands lately also headaches in the morning itchy feet, painful knees ,sore red rimmed eyes.I guess the symptoms are back big time ,maybe the time is here to get going again ,to get the critical tests for Bartinellea and Babiosa,
I have had tingling - tip of my nose and around my mouth
I had constant tingling in my face, scalp, hands, and feet, for the better part of a year. This was during my undiagnosed period when I kept seeing doctors who couldn't explain why this was happening. It was very difficult because while it's not really painful, it is such a bothersome, unusual, and troublesome symptom.
I still get weirdness like this. I have a patch on my left cheek that I could outline with a marker that tingles most days. I have a similar area on my left leg. But the extensive and diffuse tingling has much improved with treatment.
Yes, I've had this in my cheek... I've had this several times, but it only lasts a few seconds and then goes away. The tingling/numbness symptoms are unerving... just they are usually short lived.
