Didn't get periods

Hello...i am 27 years old..these many years i had no problem with my periods...but this month... i didn't get my periods...

If you've ruled out pregnancy, I wouldn't worry if you skip an occasional period. If it becomes frequent then you will want to have it investigated to see if you have some sort of endocrine condition such as thyroid, pituitary or adrenal.
