Menopause - Vagifem

I used vagifem for two years and stopped for about one month.  I want to start up again.  Do I go through two weeks of use and then twice/week or just go back to twice/week

Hello,
Vagifem is inserted intravaginally. 1 tablet is inserted daily for 2 weeks, followed by 1 tablet twice weekly. However consult your doctor before starting Vagifem as it should be used under medical supervision.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

HI,
I presume you are using local vagifem. Since the gap caused by stoppage of use is not very long, I think you can try going back to the twice a week schedule. If there are any unusual symptoms, then however you should consult your Doctor.
Hope this helps.
