Hi   having all symptons of perimenopause  when one stops other starts was great for while then bam down hill again.periods allowed over shop. Moods swings unreal. Feel like a monster living inside me.worse before a period! Insomnia Terrible  neck pain dizzynesss , itchyness, feeling of dread, and crying for no reason. Had blood done  and alright, feel like hormones dancing river dance at times. Was out going now just want to do nothing. And was never petite but omg I bloated and that is depressing. I am told that there is light at endof tunnel, am sure there is but at moment hard to see .please God

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? Indeed, management for perimenopause symptoms depends on a variety of factors such as severity of symptoms, presence of co-morbid conditions such as hypertension and overall health. While hormone  therapy may help, other medications such as antidepressants, diet and lifestyle changes as well as complementary and alternative medicine like acupuncture, yoga and meditation are also helpful. Taking medications as prescribed and regular consult with a gynecologist are also beneficial.  Take care and do keep us posted.
