Please I feel dizzy most of the time and feel like passing out.

Also I have these internal shakes and vibrations which is followed by rapid heart beat which stops on its own or when i drink cold water or juice.

when my heart starts racing it makes me also dizzy. i have done all tests and all came back normal. EEG, EKG,ECHO,TSH, T3, T4, STRESS TEST 24 HR HOLTER, CT HEAD. I also have cardiology appointment in one week.

Thank you so much. I already consulted with my primary care who sent me to the cardiologist. Te cardiologist has me on 30 day event lifewatch monitor. The symptoms have not occured since I had the monitor connected except today when I felt a little whoozy with palpitations for less than 5 mins.
Anyway I am trying to de-stress my life and get a little more sleep and that seem to be helping so far.

Thanks again

HI,
Since you have done extensive tests and all have come normal, you can rest assured. Your symptoms can be an indication of stress and anxiety. Dizziness can be due to low blood pressure, problems of the inner ear, hypoglycaemia or cervical spondititis. These need to be evaluated. Consult your Doctor.
