27 year old with low testosterone, should I take Testosterone capsules?

I am 27 years old male, 5' 10'', physically fit, not much body fat. I used to masturbate because of which many times I have felt fatigue. I feel I also have developed premature ejacuation. I have noticed that my sperm quantity is reduced. Recently I consulted a sexologist and had my hormones tested.
There were the results:

Thyroid profile - I
T3 - Total (tri iodothyroine) (ECLIA)            94.96 ng/dL
T4 - Total (Thyroxine- Total) (ECLIA)          7.93 ug/dL
TSH (ECLIA)                                               0.77 ulU/mL

Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) *(ELISA)   3.13 ng/mL
Testosterone - Total                                       3.44 ng/mL
FSH                                                               4.8   mlU.mL
LH                                                                 4.7 mlU/mL
Prolactin                                                        11.1 ng/mL

My doctor has said that I have low testosterone and has given me these medicines:
-Andrasar capsules
-LVate capsules
-NanoLeo capsules
-Tadeza tablets
-Vtwo sachets

I have read online that using testosterone medicines had side effects like-
-They shrink your testes
-They affect natural sperm production etc

I am worried. Should I take these medicines or I am better off without them? Are these temporary or permanent solution?

Please help me with your answers.
