You haven't stated an age so, if you're a minor, you need to go to your dad and tell him - and quite possibly SHOW him - what's happened.  If you're an adult, you should have gone to the emergency room as soon as it happened.  They've seen stranger things than someone pouring alcohol on their penis - I assure you.  If it's healing, and there's been no major harm, and you can manage the pain, keep it as clean as possible.  And the only thing you should put on it should be a very thin layer of petroleum jelly.

Good luck!

Doesn’t hurt anymore. Never hurt bad enough for the ER. It’s just red like it’s inflamed and my pee is a little cloudy. I’ve been keeping it clean and haven’t put anything on it. It’s been about a month

Hi - I hope you are feeling a bit better now.  It sounds like a chemical burn, which should heal over time.  Just make sure to leave the area alone - don't rub it, or use your hands to examine it, and just wash with gentle soap and water, and pat the area dry instead of rubbing it.  If it doesn't keep getting better, you should definitely see a doctor, but it is likely just taking some time for the skin to re-grow, since the urethra is a very sensitive area.

I'm not sure what problem you were trying to fix by putting undiluted alcohol on it, but please don't do that again.  There is no medical problem that you can solve by putting harsh chemicals on your penis.

Is there Anything I can put on it to help it heal?
Two weeks for a chemical burn of sensitive skin is not a very long time. Try not to be impatient and let it heal naturally. It sounds like part of the problem is that you feel like putting something on your penis is always better than leaving it alone. Eat healthy foods without a lot of extra sugar, so you won't have inflammation, and drink lots of water. It should clear up.
My doctor told me neosporin or coconut oil would help. Sorry for trying to get a second opinion But thanks for the advice
There's nothing wrong with a second opinion. Neo or coconut oil would be fine.
I got my results back. I was told I have hsv 1. Could that be the problem?
HSV-1 is very common and pretty benign. At least 65% of people have it, often picked up in childhood. It causes cold sores. It can lead to genital herpes depending on what kind of activities the person has been doing. It's not considered very serious, just a nuisance if you get a lesion in your mouth.

You haven't said that you have sores typical of oral herpes, nor that this was why you put alcohol on your penis. Since you haven't explained what you were trying to fix, it's hard to advise if the weird feeling and redness were caused by the alcohol or if the original problem you were trying to solve is still there and giving you those issues.

What were you trying to solve with the alcohol, do you think you got exposed to a sexually transmitted disease? If so, have you gotten tested for STDs?
Yes I have been tested everything came back negative except the hsv 1. I don’t have any sores. Just a white, splotchy tongue. And the feeling in my penis has gone away and the redness is much better.
If you have had a cold sore or cold sores in your mouth before this, you probably had the HSV1 for a while and it didn't have anything to do with the sexual encounter you are worried about.
It’s been a little over a month and it’s still red and I still get a random tingle every once in a while
