Anus & Anal Problem Please Help

hello,
well i had tried before to put a small carrote in my rectum and i did, but after that i didn't like it, mainly it was last november and after that i didn't do it again, i have an army test after 20 days and in that test the doctor look at everyone's anus he tells u to bend forward n open up then he takes a look he dont touch you just to see if they have diseases and also to see if they are gays or not, i'm not a gay but i am afraid about this, because i don't know how a vergin male anus looks like, a normal one i never saw it before except mine, i think after i did it my mental thinking is driving me crazy everytime i fart i feel like my whole is not as tight as before, i don't know why maybe this because i gained weight? or because of that carrote?, my question is will the doctor be able to know if i am a vergin or not just by looking and how, also i don't know if i am a vergin or not as i don't know about my anus size is it normal, when i close it it closes soo good, but when i stretch it i can just see the begining of the rectum but when i try to insert my finger only the tip of it goes in n nt that much maybe just 2mm of my finger goes in n the rest cant and that in the rectum the anus when i stretch it its still small but u knw it opens.
am sorry doctor but i can't sleep really i cant sleep at all from lots of thinking, because my whole future might go away because of a stupid thing i did.
thank you very much for everyone that will help me here and i really do hope that you understand my situation
& i appreciate your help

The doctors will not know anything by looking at the anus or there are no tests available to know if the anus is used wrongly.
If you want some exercise, you can do aswani mudra. This yogic action. It helps to increase blood circulation at the groin area. It is good for general health. Research the word, aswani mudra or ashwani Mudra. You will get all details. In this technique you contract anal muscles -one contaction per second. Do it 30 or 40 times. This suggestion is purely for general health.
