BIG HEALTH ISSUE

In may, 2015 , i was playing football when someone shoot ball came into my pelvic ...i felt with headache and i satdown on the earth . i felt massive pain in my testis ,penis and all this area .when i pissed ,i felt like flame fall down from my penis. There is some urinate doesn't quite and remain in head of my penis . morning erection became weak. When i visited doctor. He requested : penile duplex, transrectal ultrasound on prostate ,urine analysis, urine culture.they all was fine , but in penile duplix yes there was an erection but wasn't like before and my feeling with my penis if i can give a percentage it will be 70%  but the doctor of ultrasound told me it's normal when i came back to the doctor he requested testisterone analysis. It was low .so he wrote proviron and proctane and he told me it's a cyclogical state. You know ,when doctor faild to find the reason for something in medicine ,they say its a cycological . After this shoot i lost about 18 kg in three monthes without any diet .same of daily routine. my quantity of food doesn't change . I lost weight without any known reason .  You know, i was sleep and wakeup find the clothes became bigger size and i begine to lose hair of my head ( i was cutting my hair may be every year because he was so smooth) not only hair of my head but also hair of my body ,hair of my leg and arms . I begane to lose hair of my whole body.I know because of this shoot . I don't know how ,but this was the only different thing in this era.  when i came back to doctor . There wasn't any change , same massive pain, my morning erectin was weak and even when i masturbate it was weak .he told me don't put this in your mind and everything will be fine . And he told me came after six monthes. In this period i made ultrasound in all my body because i was losing weight in starnge way. they all were fine , as i told you the wrong thing was testisterone .it was low. When i came back to doctor after six monthes after there wasn't any improve . He told me teapeat all the examinaton . I did . And in penile duplix i made in different place from the first one ( i said if there was a problem and the first one didn't find it, maybe other doctor will find it). What happened is in second penile duplix ,there was an erection but i couldn't feel it (maybe was 50%). The erection continued and the doctor told me we should empty blood from it. You know ,i was in problem but after that i knew i will be in very big problem. When he empty the blood , my penis became blue and shrinked .and he told me it's okay and (it wasn't) . When he was eympting blood ,he was pressing on it hard and i felt by a shrink in anal area (after i google it , it was pc muscle)  and i felt by an explosion in my internal body . I mean it .it seems like someone shake your  hart so strong . I went to doctor in the same day and as usual he told me it's okay. After this bad penile duplex , the white hair began to appear in my hair .you may say it's genitically or because of the last penile duplex .no ...i feel with every hair dyes in my head . I'll tell you how . If there is a scale from 0 to 9 . 0 is the calm state and 9 is  the nervous state . For normal people when you are static .you are in 0 and any action  any sound make you 4 or 5 .i feel my normal is 5 and any action ( i mean any action , sound of car ,sound of people ,any thing make me 8 or 9 (in internal body environment ). It seems like when some body make a prnak ,the second that surprised you , you feel your heart stop for a second . This is for sorry became my normal life. I visited so many doctors every doctor told me you are okay .and even i visited a cyco doctor . And he also told me i'm okay and write to me busipar 10 mg and omega 3 for a month . Nothing more . I still lossing weight . Still my hair get white ( i turnd 24  last monthe ,september 2016). In sunday,2 octoper , i felt huge pain in my left testis . Temperature of it was high .i put ice on it. I was crying from pain and i felt my testis get small.when  i called the doctor, he told me went to emergency receptinist in any hospital . It was 11 pm .when i went they give me pain killers and told me i need to make ultrasound on testis . They found everything ok ( there is no testicular torsion ). They told me may be it just  a Orchitis. There weren't experinced doctors . They were young . He give me TAVANIC 500 , DAFLON 500 , BRUFEN 600 and ALPHINTERN. that is it. I stay sun ,mon , tu,  with pain can't describe it. It was massive ,great,so bad pain. this is the least words i can say about it. And i couldn't sleep from pain. In wed about 6 am i felt there my left testis exploded .its temp was high and i felt the testis became liquid and i felt there is something liquid rise in my left side  of my stomach when the exploded happened .i called the ampulance and my father went to bring a taxi . When i arrived to hospital.i swear i didn't find any help . In my country there is no one can be responsible .  I went to doctor they told me go to emergency .when i went to emergency they told me go to andrology section .when i went to andrology told me there isn't a doctor.it was 6:30 am and any doctors came about 10 or 11 am . I was dying and i was so crying . Husband of my sister came to me and we went to another hospital . It wasn't more better than the previous . They made ultrasound and told me every thing is okay.and i went home . All the doctors i went before was prof.doctor. in that day i went to prof.doctor in ein -shams university .and what he made ,he saw me and told write PROXIMOL,ROWATINE ,BRUFEN 600. he told me there is not even Orchitis. Through 12 days before my left testis was 4.2cm then 3.9 cm and yesterday was 3.7 cm my life almost stopped from may 2015 and i stay in bed can't do anything
