Kidney or bladder infection. Bowel movement causing it? Does it ONLY happen during a bowel movement? And rough anal sex recently? You need to see a doctor and be absolutely truthful. Good luck and please report back.

thanksss for the info....i am fine now i think because of the medication i'm on steroid tablets (side effects)
