IS this correct?

im 15 yearr old virgin

As I read this sites' topics, I read that if you have a painful head when you pull back ur forskin, you should keep your foreskin back and touch it until there is no pain.

I have had my foreskin back for 15 mins and the head is very dry, I can touch it and there wont be as much pain. It looks very red and black on te head.

Should I cary on touching it and keeping it exposed to the air or what?

Help me.

You need to go to the doctor - the redness sounds like you might have some irritation, but the black is not good.  Might be just dirt / smegma or something, but you need to go to the doctor to get it examined.
