MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
What was the cause of rise in liver enzymes in your case? At present you need to be liver friendly and I will advise you to avoid drinking alcohol. Alcohol speeds the progression of liver disease. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains and lean protein. Healthy foods help keep you strong, give you more energy and support your immune system. For more queries and assistance consult your primary care physician. Hope it helped.
Best wishes and regards!
