don't worry, most likely it is all in your mind.  If you can get an erection when you are alone you didn't "wear it out" and it cancels out any "physical" problems you may have.  Of course, if you cannot sustain an erection even by yourself then there is a good chance there is something physically wrong, whether having to do with your prostate or other.  But since you can maintain an erection during masterbation than it is something mentally blocking.  Either way, Cialis works wonders, but if you don't want to continually shell out big bucks for your boner than you will need to figure out emotionally what is stopping the erection.  For example, it is common for some men to have this problem after having a baby with their wife.

I mention two methods to delay ejeculation. In initial stages it is normal to ejeculate prematuraly. After some pracitce you will get used to female vagina and could complete your intercourse.
1  when you are on the verge of ejeculation while masterbating, stop masterbating  and relax by taking long and deep breath.when you are settled start masterbating again and again stop masterbating.Take rest. and start masterbating again. two or three rounds for few days will help you to know how to control your ejeculation.
Second metnod is compressing perinium: Deep your finger in the small triangluar muscle between your legs(between scrotum and anus).Explore some point in the middle of the muscle. Pressing this point stops ejeculation. Ofcourse exploring this point may take lot of practice.
