Concerned about penile area.... (Help would be appreciated)

Hello! Well I've had this problem since the middle of August, which is that my penis stings while urinating and the tip of the head is red / cold sometimes. I have looked up these symptoms in which I believe it's a UTI, but doesn't really explain the redness and cold of my penis head. Another symptom is that my glands are sensitive to the touch, but after applying Lotrimin Af cream for 2 weeks it seems to be betting better. I also might believe this could have been caused by sex, because very early July I had unprotected sex for the first time, but it was odd to me that symptoms would start showing up a month later. I can provide pictures, but just want to get to the bottom of this. Thank you!
